1. Booking & Contract Formation
By submitting an inquiry and subsequently paying a planning deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all travelers named in the booking list.
No binding contract exists between Glorified India and the traveler until:
We have received a signed booking form/itinerary confirmation.
We have received the requisite booking deposit.
We have dispatched a formal Confirmation Invoice stating that your route booking is finalized.
2. Payments, Pricing & Surcharges
To secure luxury palace bookings, private flights, and national park safaris in advance, the payment schedule is strictly enforced:
Deposit Payment: A 30% deposit of the total itinerary cost is due immediately upon booking approval.
Final Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be settled no later than 45 days prior to your schedule trip commencement date.
Late Bookings: If booking is initiated within 45 days of departure, 100% of the trip value is payable immediately.
Surcharges: Prices are quoted in USD or INR. We reserve the right to apply surcharges in the event of extreme currency fluctuations or fuel tariff shifts implemented by domestic carriers.
3. Traveler Obligations & Safety
Travelers are responsible for securing necessary entry documents and complying with local health directives:
Visas & Passports: You must ensure your passport has at least 6 months validity remaining from your return date, and possess a valid Tourist Visa (e-Visa) for India.
Travel Insurance: You must secure a comprehensive travel insurance policy covering medical emergencies, evacuation costs, and trip cancellation values.
Physical Suitability: Certain expeditions involve high-altitude transits (such as Ladakh) or rugged environments. It is your obligation to consult a physician prior to departure.
